1. Agreement
By accessing or using FindMyClient.org ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the legal capacity required in your jurisdiction, to use this Service.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes, attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the platform, spam, scrape, or abuse system resources, or misrepresent your identity or business information. Violation of this section may result in suspension or termination of access in accordance with Section 10.
5. Service Access
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, without liability to you or any third party.
6. Payments & Subscriptions
Some features may require payment or an active subscription. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers, and by providing payment information you authorize us and our payment processors to charge applicable fees in accordance with your selected plan.
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law. Your access to subscription features may be modified or suspended based on the status of your billing account, including failed or overdue payments.
7. Intellectual Property
All platform content, software, branding, and intellectual property remain the property of FindMyClient.org or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or modify any part of the Service without our prior written permission.
8. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the platform. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating and delivering the Service to you.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FindMyClient.org shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if these Terms are violated, if abuse or security risks are detected, or if required to do so by legal or regulatory obligations. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
